At BuyBlox, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
